Product Application

This frying line is widely applied to fry many kinds of food, such as potato chip, shrimp stick, string bean etc. Its series of actions including fry, de-oil and elevate, adopting PLC concentrative automatic control to make accurate and reliable control, high production efficiency, and saving a lot of manpower resources. Advanced temperature control system and reasonable dasher assure optimal frying result.
This line is composed of fryer, elevating sifter, de-oiling unit and conveyer. All corresponding controlling systems are centralized in the control cabinet. There are two control ways – automatic and manual. Every part works solely when turn to manual way, and the whole frying process proceed automatically under control of the PLC in the cabinet when turn to automatic way.

Main Features

This continuous frying line can be widely used to fry kinds of food, like potato chips, shrimp sticks, rice crispy, etc. It includes frying, conveying, and de-oiling with accurately control. Simultaneous conveying and frying makes continuous production in high efficiency and with less labor. High efficient electrical heating way and optimized structure of frying body can use less oil to realize high oil circulation. Separate frying body and conveyer can be cleaned conveniently. Net belt conveyers make even feeding and discharging. Diesel, gas, and coal can be the alternative heating fuel for this fryer.
Reasonable design of structure, high automation, simple operation, low consumption, low waste, and central control are all characteristics of this continuous frying line.
